Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented HTML/XML & SQL Executive with experience in web content editing, XML/HTML coding, and database management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in HTML/XML, SQL, JIRA, and content management systems, with the ability to perform quality checks and manage content publishing workflows efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in HTML/XML for web content editing and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of XML tags, attributes, DTDs, and stylesheets. • Good knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Good knowledge of JIRA ticketing system.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Alfresco, Documentum, etc.
- Experience with XML editing tools such as Notepad++ and Oxygen XML Editor.
- Knowledge of regular expressions for content validation and clean-up. • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word. • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with QA processes and content-level quality checks.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in HTML/XML editing and database management.




- Hands-on experience with SQL queries and database updates.
- Working knowledge of JIRA workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Part I SQL & Content Publishing
- Create content packages from source files upon assignment of JIRA tickets.
- Upload packages to designated locations for publishing in the testing setting.
- Perform content QA using SQL queries to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
- Upload validated packages to Staging (STG) and Production (PRD) environments.
- Execute basic SQL queries to retrieve and update web-related data.

Part II HTML/XML Content Management
- Edit, format, and maintain HTML/XML content while ensuring clean and structured code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HTML/XML-related issues, including formatting errors, broken links, and missing elements.
- Work with Content Management Systems (CMS) to update web pages and structured content.
- Collaborate with Customer Program Managers and provide regular status updates.
- Maintain trackers and update JIRA tickets with progress and completion status.
- Document HTML/XML structures, coding standards, best practices, and workflows.
- Conduct content-level quality checks before publishing.
