Role Description This is a full time, on-site HTML Developer role based in Penugonda. The HTML Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining user-facing web pages using HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies, ensuring clean, accessible, and reusable code.

Day-to-day tasks include converting design mockups into responsive layouts, optimizing page structure for usability and performance, and collaborating with designers and back-end developers to implement features. The role also involves testing and debugging interfaces across browsers and devices,



maintaining consistency with brand and UX guidelines, and communicating progress and issues with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Candidates should possess Responsive Web Design and Web Design skills to create accessible, mobile-friendly, and visually consistent interfaces.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding requirements, and documenting work.
- Candidates should possess Programming fundamentals, including knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and basic debugging practices.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React or Angular), familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), understanding of SEO-friendly markup, and exposure to agile development methodologies.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
