Job Summary AISC teachers are responsible for ensuring that all instructional and assessment practices, curriculum development, classroom management, and skilled growth align with and contribute to the School's Mission, Core Values, and Vision for the AISC Learner. Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

- Designing and delivering an engaging, conceptually rich High School Visual Arts program that develops students technical skills, creative expression, and artistic voice across a range of media. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in both 2D and 3D art forms, including ceramics, and a commitment to inquiry-driven, student-centered learning that encourages experimentation, reflection, and artistic risk-taking. Experience teaching IBDP and/or AP Visual Arts is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience AISC seeks faculty with appropriate experiences that have helped them develop their knowledge, skills, and talents:

1. At least 4-5 years of relevant experience working as a science teacher in a similar capacity
2. Experience teaching IBDP and / or AP Visual Arts
3. Valid Teaching credential
4. A record of continued professional growth
5. Experience working with English as Additional Language learners
6. Experience teaching and learning in a technology-integrated environment
7. Experience in leading co-curricular activities
