Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities, source suitable candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and support the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.




- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; an HR-related qualification is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with prior recruitment experience may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, email, and other basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
