HR Recruiter – Job Requirement
Location: Kochi, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 Years
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Post vacancies on Indeed and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage recruitment records and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and job portals.
- Freshers with solid communication skills can apply.
- Ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
