Job Summary

D A R Jewellery is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, campus hiring, recruitment drives, employee onboarding, training coordination, and employee performance tracking through KRA and KPI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for showroom sales, senior sales, customer service, finance, operations, and other business roles.
- Publish job openings on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and relevant recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate assessments, and schedule management interviews.
- Build a candidate pipeline and maintain an updated recruitment tracker.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.

Campus Hiring & Recruitment Drives

- Build relationships with colleges, training institutions, and placement cells.
- Plan and conduct campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and hiring events.
- Coordinate candidate shortlisting, interviews, assessments, and joining formalities.
- Develop entry-level talent pipelines for showroom sales and customer service positions.

Employee Onboarding & Training

- Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, induction, and employee orientation.
- Organise product knowledge, customer service, sales, and workplace training in coordination with department trainers.
- Maintain employee training records and track completion.




- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

KRA & KPI Management

- Coordinate the preparation and review of employee KRAs and KPIs with department heads.
- Maintain performance trackers and support periodic performance reviews.
- Track recruitment targets, time-to-fill, joining ratios, and employee retention.
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards covering vacancies, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance.
- Identify recurring recruitment challenges and recommend process improvements.

Eligibility
- MBA HR, MSW HR, or BBA/B.Com with relevant HR recruitment experience.
- 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Experience in bulk hiring, campus drives, and retail recruitment is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel, recruitment portals, and HR reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple department heads and manage hiring deadlines.

KPIs
- Number of positions closed against monthly targets.
- Time-to-fill vacancies.
- Interview-to-offer and offer-to-joining ratios.
- Recruitment cost and quality of hire.
- Campus recruitment and joining outcomes.
- Employee onboarding and training completion.
- Timely KRA/KPI tracking and HR reporting.
