We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with solid communication, client-handling, and candidate-management skills. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end recruitment experience, knowledge of ATS tools such as GreytHR and Zoho Recruit, and the ability to manage multiple client requirements while achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring expectations.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and shortlist suitable profiles.

- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and follow up on interview feedback.

- Handle client relationships and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Use ATS and HR tools such as GreytHR and Zoho Recruit to manage candidate databases, recruitment pipelines, and hiring activities.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, interview schedules, and placement reports.

- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and coordinate onboarding formalities.

- Meet individual and team recruitment targets while maintaining the quality of placements.





- Monitor recruitment performance, including sourcing activity, interview conversions, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.

- Ensure timely communication, candidate engagement, and a positive recruitment experience.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.

- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.

- Practical knowledge of ATS tools such as GreytHR and Zoho Recruit.

- Excellent client-handling and candidate-management skills.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet recruitment targets.

- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

- Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to track recruitment performance and prepare daily or weekly recruitment reports

Qualifications :

- Any graduate or postgraduate degree; HR specialization is preferred.

- 1–3 years of relevant recruitment experience preferred.

- Experience in HR consultancy or agency recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
