Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other channels.

✅ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and share suitable profiles with hiring managers.

✅ Coordinate interviews, offers, salary discussions, and joining formalities.

✅ Maintain recruitment reports and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
