– HR RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE

FineTools Automation Pvt. Ltd. specializes in the design and manufacturing of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Jigs & Fixtures, Assembly Automation Systems, and customized industrial automation solutions.

Role Objective :

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Recruitment Executive who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely hiring of skilled technical and non-technical employees.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Understand manpower requirements from Management and Department Heads.
2. Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, referrals, and direct recruitment.
3. Recruit CNC/VMC Operators, Design Engineers, PLC Programmers, Production, Quality, Assembly, and other technical staff.
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
5. Manage candidate communication, salary discussions within approved limits, offer processing, and joining formalities.
6. Take complete ownership of candidate follow-up until successful joining.
7.



Maintain an active candidate database and backup pipeline for critical vacancies.
8. Prepare daily recruitment updates and weekly Recruitment MIS.
9. Ensure vacancies are closed within agreed timelines without compromising candidate quality.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) :

- Number of approved vacancies successfully filled.
- Time taken to close each vacancy.
- Number of qualified candidates shortlisted and interviewed.
- Offer acceptance and candidate joining conversion.
- Reduction in candidate dropouts and recruitment delays.
- Accuracy and timely submission of Recruitment MIS.

Candidate Requirement :

- Minimum 2 years of practical recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and candidate follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with technical recruitment for CNC, mechanical design, and industrial automation roles.
- Proficiency in job portals, Excel, and recruitment tracking.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple vacancies, and deliver results.

Our Expectation :

- We need a recruitment qualified who takes ownership of hiring—from identifying suitable candidates to ensuring their successful joining.
- The focus is on recruitment results, candidate quality, and timely closure of manpower requirements.
- Candidates with relevant manufacturing recruitment experience and immediate or early joining availability will be preferred.
