Role: HR Recruiter – End-to-End Recruitment

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring timely closure of open positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including real estate sales and non-sales roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate salary packages, release offer letters, and ensure timely joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.




- Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document collection, and employee onboarding. Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment; real estate recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines, Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment tracking.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
