Job Summary

Shreeram Job Service-Gujarat is seeking an energetic, result-driven, and skilled Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and placing candidates across various industrial sectors (including Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Textiles, Manufacturing, and corporate roles). You will act as the key liaison between client requirements and prospective candidates to ensure high-quality, timely closures.

Key Responsibilities & Duties1. Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting

- Source qualified profiles using multiple channels: Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, internal candidate database, and professional networking.
- Formulate and post explicit, attractive job advertisements across digital platforms and job boards.
- Actively engage in headhunting and mapping candidates for niche or urgent industrial requirements.

2. Screening, Assessment & Shortlisting

- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, relevant experience, technical skill alignment, communication skills, stability, and cultural fit.
- Verify essential candidate details: current salary (CTC), expected salary (ECTC), notice period, and relocation readiness.
- Shortlist the best profiles and prepare formatted candidate assessment summaries/profiles for client presentation.

3. Interview Coordination & Process Management





- Coordinate and schedule client interviews (In-person, Google Meet, MS Teams, or telephonic).
- Brief candidates thoroughly regarding job roles, company profile, location, and interview expectations prior to interviews.
- Collect prompt feedback from both clients and candidates post-interview.

4. Offer Management & Candidate Engagement

- Assist with document collection (salary slips, offer letters, KYC, educational certificates).
- Follow up consistently during the notice period until the candidate successfully joins the client organization.
- Maintain positive, long-term relationships with active and passive job seekers.

5. Database Management & Reporting

- Maintain an up-to-date tracker/database of all candidate interactions, statuses, and client mandates in MS Excel / ATS.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports, submission-to-closure ratios, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

- Education: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA) or Postgraduate / MBA / MSW in HR (preferred).
- Experience: 6 months to 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter in a consultancy or staffing agency (freshers with strong communication and motivation to build an HR career may also be considered).
- Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to sourcing profiles for Chemical, Pharma, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in handling job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel) and Google Meet / communication tools.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English; Gujarati is advantageous).
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work in a target-driven, high-energy environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
