: HR Executive – Recruitment & Office Management
We are looking for an HR professional with experience in recruitment, job posting on FreeJob/Freeport platforms, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Key Requirements:
- Good command of English communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of the Kolkata job market and local talent pool.
- Expertise in job posting, sourcing candidates, and end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in candidate screening, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
- Ability to manage office administration and day-to-day HR operations.
- Good coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience: 6–15 months in recruitment and onboarding. Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
