Job Brief:

We are looking for a target-driven HR Recruiter for our placement consultancy in Nashik to source, screen, and place candidates across client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates using job portals (Indeed, Naukri), social media, and database networking.

- Screen CVs, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

- Line up candidates for client interviews and follow up through the selection process.

- Maintain candidate databases and track daily closure metrics.

Requirements:

- Graduate in Any Discipline (MBA / BBA in HR preferred).

- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or placement consultancy.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
