We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team at Shyamal, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process.

Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.





Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in recruitment and HR activities.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
- Graduation in any stream preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
