We are looking for an HR Recruiter to source and coordinate workers for a large-scale project in Maharashtra.

The candidate will be responsible for finding suitable workers, coordinating with candidates, collecting documents, and managing the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, local contacts, WhatsApp groups, and referrals.
- Contact workers and explain job requirements, salary, and working conditions.
- Coordinate with labour contractors and manpower suppliers to source candidates in bulk.
- Collect candidate details and required documents through WhatsApp.
- Verify candidate information, work experience, and availability.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding joining dates and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Mumbai team for candidate approval and deployment.
- Prepare daily reports on candidates contacted, verified, and shortlisted.




- Help build a workforce database for ongoing recruitment requirements.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Experience in HR recruitment, bulk hiring, or manpower sourcing is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also apply.
- Candidates with contacts among labour contractors, electricians, technicians, and workers will have an advantage.
- Ability to handle bulk recruitment and meet hiring targets.

- Salary will be discussed based on experience and suitability.
- Performance-based incentives may be provided for successful recruitment.
- Candidates with a robust network and experience in bulk hiring will be preferred.
