Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Egmore. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.

The role involves maintaining talent pipelines, scheduling and facilitating interview rounds, managing offer negotiations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The Recruiter will also update and maintain recruitment reports, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. End to End Recruitment process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media platforms, and qualified networks for talent acquisition.
- Ability to assess candidate fit using structured interviews and relevant evaluation methods, with attention to detail and fairness.
- Good understanding of HR practices, basic labor regulations, and documentation related to hiring and onboarding.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open roles and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, preferably with exposure to logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
