Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Udhna Darwaja, Surat, Gujarat

Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Recruiter to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and valuable communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Only local candidates from Surat can apply.
