Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

1. Bulk Recruitment & Workforce Mobilization

- Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for blue-collar, entry-level, and operational positions.
- Handle high-volume hiring requirements within agreed recruitment timelines and targets.
- Recruit technicians, service engineers, installation staff, field sales executives, helpers, and other frontline employees.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local and outstation candidates.
- Coordinate walk-in interviews, mass hiring drives, job fairs, and recruitment camps.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, local networks, ITIs, polytechnics, colleges, and placement agencies.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract blue-collar and field-level candidates.
- Conduct preliminary screening, telephonic interviews, and eligibility assessments.
- Maintain a database of active, shortlisted, and potential candidates for future requirements.

3. Recruitment Coordination & Onboarding

- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.
- Follow up with selected candidates until offer acceptance and joining.
- Minimize candidate dropouts, offer declines, and no-shows through consistent follow-up.
- Verify required documents and coordinate joining formalities with the HR team.
- Track joining status and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

4. Recruitment MIS & Performance Tracking





- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, sourcing reports, interview reports, and joining reports.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, including calls made, candidates screened, interviews scheduled, offers released, and actual joinings.
- Track time-to-fill, cost per hire, joining ratio, and source-wise recruitment performance.
- Submit daily and weekly recruitment updates to the HR Manager.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement corrective sourcing strategies.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR recruitment.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment is mandatory.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing, mass mobilization, and joining conversion.
- Ability to work with aggressive recruitment targets and multiple open positions.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of recruitment portals, Excel/Google Sheets, and recruitment MIS.
- Willingness to participate in job fairs, walk-in drives, and local recruitment activities.
