- Position: Recruitment Executive

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred

What You’ll Do

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

- Handle recruitment for Engineering, Construction, EPC, PMC, Civil, Electrical, and other technical profiles.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offers and joining formalities.





- Maintain recruitment trackers and work towards timely closure of positions.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.

- Knowledge of job portals and Boolean search techniques.

- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
