What you learn & do -

· Understand end-to-end recruitment life cycle.

· Source candidate through job portals and social medias.

· Screen resumes & conduct initial HR interviews.

· Coordinate interview with clients & candidates.

· Work on real-time hiring requirements across industries.

· Build communication, negotiations and skilled skills.

What we’re looking for –

· B.Tech Freshers/ MCA/MBA (Any specialisation)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Interest in HR or Recruitment.

· Self-motivated and eager to learn.

· Basic knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
