We are hiring HR Recruiter.

- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate placement.

- Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other channels.

- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure proper follow-up.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other relevant aspects with candidates.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets.

- Develop a good understanding of different industries and job profiles.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates and clients.

- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, consultancy, staffing, or HR.

- Location : Kharghar

- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
