Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Raipur
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various job portals, social media, and references
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Support other HR functions as required
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fresher candidates with strong interest in HR can also apply
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
