Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including entry-level, mid-level, and leadership roles.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview feedback and selection decisions.
- Negotiate salary expectations and discuss notice periods with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment reports, and hiring databases.




- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer rollouts, joining formalities, and follow-ups with selected candidates.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong screening, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in corporate, bulk, or operations hiring will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
- Candidates who can independently manage recruitment from sourcing to joining will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
