Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented HR Recruiter to work from India and manage recruitment activities for manpower requirements across the Gulf and Europe.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and recruitment documentation, with the ability to meet hiring targets within defined timelines. Experience in overseas recruitment and blue-collar/skilled manpower hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit candidates for overseas job openings across Gulf countries and Europe.
- Recruit skilled and semi-skilled workers, including electricians, plumbers, welders, technicians, drivers, hospitality staff and other job categories.
- Understand job descriptions, candidate eligibility, salary packages and employment conditions shared by overseas employers.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment databases, social media, referrals and local recruitment networks.
- Screen candidates based on qualifications, work experience, technical skills and passport availability.
- Coordinate interviews, skill assessments and trade tests with employers or authorised testing centres.
- Communicate job details, salary, perks and employment conditions clearly to candidates.
- Coordinate the collection and verification of passports, CVs, educational certificates,



experience letters and other required documents.
- Liaise with overseas employers, recruitment agencies and authorised visa-processing partners.
- Follow up on employment offers, medical examinations, work permits, employment visas and deployment schedules.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable Indian emigration requirements and destination-country employment regulations.
- Achieve recruitment targets and complete hiring within agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience; Gulf, Europe recruitment experience preferred.
- Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes and candidate documentation.
- Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to source bulk manpower and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in blue-collar, skilled and semi-skilled manpower recruitment.
- Familiarity with Gulf and European job markets.
- Experience coordinating trade tests, employer interviews and candidate deployment.
- Ability to work independently from India while coordinating with international clients and recruitment partners.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
