We are seeking an experienced consultant with strong knowledge of India recruitment processes to lead end-to-end ATS implementation and recruitment workflow design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the Zoho developer to configure and customize Zoho Recruit.
- Design workflows covering sourcing, screening, submissions, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, offers, and onboarding.
- Migrate candidate data and establish searchable talent pools and bench management processes.
- Incorporate India-specific requirements, including current and expected CTC, notice period, joining availability, work location,



and employment type.
- Implement integrations, automation, and recruitment reporting dashboards.
- Lead testing, user training, documentation, and successful go-live.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in India IT recruitment and recruitment operations.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end ATS implementation, preferably Zoho Recruit or similar.
- Expertise in candidate database development, talent pool building, and bench management.
- Ability to translate recruitment requirements into clear specifications for developers.
