Job Title: HR & Operations Manager

Experience: 7+ Years

Qualification: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month(Experience based Salary)

We are looking for a highly experienced and professional HR & Operations Manager to oversee human resource functions, business operations, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Oversee daily business operations and improve organizational efficiency.
- Ensure statutory compliance and proper HR documentation.
- Manage client relationships, meetings, and service delivery.
- Lead teams, coordinate with department heads,



and prepare management reports.
- Support strategic planning and organizational development.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in HR and Operations.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Previous experience in an MNC or reputed corporate organization is preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, business operations, and client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and business reporting tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
