We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, employee management, recruitment, and HR administration. Candidates with prior experience in the education or school sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.

- Handle employee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and statutory compliance.

- Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and employee development activities.

- Support management in workforce planning and HR-related decision-making.





- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and adherence to organizational policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in HR operations and people management.

- Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of HR policies, payroll coordination, recruitment, and employee relations.

- Experience working in a school or educational institution will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
