: HR Manager – PSU Projects

Job Summary

Shriram synergy venture is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, manpower recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance for PSU projects, including BHEL, SAIL, and thermal power plants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, Safety Officers, HSW, and other skilled manpower.
- Coordinate with project managers and site in-charges to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment.
- Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, salary revisions, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate gate-pass approvals, medical examinations, site entry formalities, and client documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, contract labour requirements, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, warning letters, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with site teams, management, clients, and recruitment agencies for smooth project operations.
- Maintain manpower MIS reports, recruitment trackers, joining status,



attrition reports, and monthly HR reports.
- Monitor manpower availability, absenteeism, employee performance, and workforce deployment at project sites.
- Use HRMS, attendance software, Excel, and recruitment portals for productive HR management.
- Develop HR policies and procedures to improve employee discipline, retention, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in PSU projects, EPC, construction, electrical contracting, or thermal power plants.
- Experience in bulk manpower recruitment and site HR operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, payroll coordination, contract labour compliance, and client documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR software, attendance management systems, and recruitment portals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
