We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the company's human resource operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The candidate will be responsible for developing effective HR processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring workplace discipline, and supporting management in workforce planning and employee performance management.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with practical experience in handling HR activities in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.

Key Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee management, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Practical experience in HR documentation, employee relations,



and performance management.
- Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR management software.
- Good leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple HR activities.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or industrial companies is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
