About the Role:

Monfiora is a growing lifestyle brand looking for an organised and people-focused HR Manager to handle recruitment, staff management, and day-to-day HR operations.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle recruitment — posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews
- Manage staff attendance, leave, and records
- Onboard recent employees and maintain HR documentation
- Support team coordination and internal communications
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

What We’re Looking For:

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Organised, detail-oriented, and people-friendly
- Basic computer skills — Excel, email, documentation
- Prior HR or admin experience preferred
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
