Job Overview

Sprout Sage Solutions is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, HR operations, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Handle employee exit formalities, notice periods, and full and final settlements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate with management and team leaders regarding HR-related matters.
- Support employee training, development, and workplace culture initiatives.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.




- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience in employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
