Strategic HR Planning:

· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's objectives and mission.

· Forecast human resource needs and plan for recruitment, retention, and succession.

Recruitment and Selection:

· Manage the recruitment process for various hospital positions, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.

· Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and collaborate with department heads to make hiring decisions.

· Oversee orientation and onboarding processes for current hires.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

· Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages employee morale, productivity, and retention.

· Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with hospital policies and employment laws.

· Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, well-being, and work-life balance.

Training and Development:

· Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate employee development initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and facilitate continuous learning opportunities for staff.

Policy Development and Compliance:

· Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.





· Keep abreast of labor laws, healthcare industry standards, and ensure hospital compliance.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

· Oversee compensation structures, salary reviews, and benefits administration.

· Collaborate with finance to manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy.

HR Administration and Record-Keeping:

· Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave management systems.

· Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Support:

· Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related needs and provide guidance on HR matters.

· Support and advise hospital management on HR-related decisions and initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
