Cornea (an Aadrika Automation company, Pune) makes AI-enabled display products, from interactive flat panels to LED video walls, and is scaling quick. We need a strategic HR Manager who will act as a founding-team member: shaping our structure, policies and people decisions with a close view of the business.

This is a leadership seat, not a recruitment desk. You will work alongside the founders, read where the business is heading, and decide what to build and when. Hiring, including technical roles, is one part of the mission.

What You Will Own

- Organisation structure: roles, grades and reporting lines built for our next stage of growth.
- Policies and processes: handbook, SOPs, HRIS, payroll and compliance (PF, ESI, POSH).
- Talent: a hiring plan tied to business goals, technical roles closed on time, and an HR team you lead.
- People programmes: onboarding, performance, compensation, engagement and retention.
- Founder insights: headcount, cost, attrition and risks,



flagged early.
- Culture and employee relations: handled with fairness and confidence.

You Bring
- Technical graduate (B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent); MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
- Recruitment experience with a proven record of closing technical roles.
- Experience leading and managing an HR/recruitment team.
- Experience working closely with founders or senior management, ideally in an acting co-founder or leadership capacity.
- Has set up company structure, policies and processes from scratch while juggling multiple priorities.
