Urgent Requirement: HR Manager

Job Location: Viman Nagar (Pune)

CTC Budget: Upto 5LPA

Qualification: Graduate, Diploma OR MBA

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer roll-out

Issue HR letters: offer, appointment, confirmation, promotion, warning and exit letters

Experience in CTC Structure, KPIs/KRAs, Policy Creation & Compliance, setting goals n 360-degree performance review process is mandatory

Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation

Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

Support salary structuring, increments, and payroll inputs

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling or conflict management

Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

Support disciplinary processes as per company policy

Coordinate performance appraisal cycles with tracking goal setting, reviews, and feedback

Handle resignation, notice period tracking and exit formalities

Support Client Relationship Management (CRM)

Welcome and greet clients visiting the Experience Centre in a professional manner, including providing guided walkthroughs of the Experience Centre

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury interiors or premium design product space.

Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms for project management and reporting.

Strong interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment.

Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Nice to Have

Experience working with luxury furniture, modular kitchen, sanitary ware or smart lighting brands.

Interview Process The selection process includes two rounds of in-person interviews at our Viman Nagar office.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
