2.Maintain cordial industrial relations with employees, workmen, contractors & trade unions
3.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies
Required Candidate profile
1. Min 15 years of experience in HR & IR preferably in handling large site-based manpower (skilled & unskilled) at project location within EPC, oil & gas or infrastructure contracting company.
