HR Training Programme – HR Recruiter Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our HR Training Programme. This programme is designed to provide practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Human Resources, with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.

Candidates will receive training in HR processes, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination under the guidance of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist with job postings and recruitment activities.
- Learn basic HR operations and recruitment procedures.
- Support the HR team in daily activities.

- Freshers and candidates interested in building a career in HR are encouraged to apply.
