WHAT YOU’LL DO

→ Source and identify top talent through LinkedIn, job portals & beyond

→ Screen resumes and shortlist high-potential candidates

→ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication

→ Draft and publish compelling job openings

→ Maintain organized candidate and employee records

→ Support onboarding processes and HR documentation

→ Drive employee engagement and internal culture initiatives

→ Track recruitment pipelines and generate insightful HR reports

→ Collaborate directly with the Founder & leadership on live hiring needs

→ Experiment with AI tools to reimagine and automate HR processes

Robust communicator with natural interpersonal skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Passionate about HR, recruitment, startups, AI, or technology

No prior HR experience? Perfect.
