: HR Intern – Recruitment & HR Operations

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or Graduate in HR-related field

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support recruitment activities, maintain HR MIS, and assist with day-to-day HR operations. The primary focus will be on recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Post job openings on recruitment portals and other platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR MIS reports.
- Update and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding,



joining formalities, and other HR activities.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.
