ElevenTechStudio is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Gurugram. This internship offers an excellent chance to gain practical experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.




- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR management.
- Freshers and candidates pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

Internship Details
- Duration: 2 Months
- Stipend: ₹12,000 for the complete internship
- Location: Gurugram, Haryana
- Work Mode: On-site
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
