About The Wellness Shop:

The Wellness Shop is a growing D2C beauty, skincare, and wellness brand. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, Excel sheets, and candidate databases.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.




- Support daily HR operations and other HR-related activities.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Interest in recruitment and Human Resources.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
