EaseToLearn is an emerging EdTech company focused on delivering technology-driven learning solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who want to begin their careers in Human Resources and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and shortlisting applicants.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave records, and HRMS updates.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain spreadsheets.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria
- Only freshers can apply.



Candidates with prior full time work experience are not eligible.
- Candidates pursuing or holding an MBA/PGDM in HR, a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Must be willing to work full-time from our Janakpuri, New Delhi office.
