We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Fresher – IT Recruitment to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.
- Contact candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company details to candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Support the HR team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication.
- Work towards assigned daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements
- Fresher with an interest in HR and IT recruitment.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Comfortable with calling, candidate sourcing, and follow-ups.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, MS Excel, or Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Solid convincing skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
