Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to manage the overall HR operations of a medical college, including recruitment, employee management, NMC compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage overall HR operations, policies, and procedures.

Handle recruitment of Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, doctors, and non-teaching staff.

Manage manpower planning, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance appraisals.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and NMC guidelines.

Maintain faculty records, qualification documents, and regulatory documentation.

Coordinate NMC inspections and compliance requirements.





Lead the HR team and prepare regular HR reports.

Required Skills & Experience :

8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a medical college or hospital.

Solid knowledge of NMC compliance and inspection procedures.

Experience in medical faculty recruitment and medical college administration.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Must be willing to travel as required for work.
