- Recruitment & Onboarding: Draft job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate offers, and guide current hires through orientation.

- Employee Relations: Serve as a neutral party to resolve workplace conflicts, handle grievances, conduct investigations, and assist with disciplinary actions.

- Compensation & Benefits: Administer health benefits, leave policies, payroll support, and employee wellness or incentive programs.

- Performance Management: Coordinate performance review cycles, track feedback, and support manager training on evaluation frameworks.

- Compliance & Records: Maintain confidential employee files in an HRIS (Human Resources Information System), update company handbooks, and ensure adherence to local and national labor laws.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
