Triple Dot AI Technologies is a technology-driven company focused on AI solutions, software development, automation, digital services, and skill development. We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations while supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, college networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, offer letters, and appointment letters.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, and HR databases.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Support employee engagement, performance tracking, and internal communication.




- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Prepare recruitment updates and periodic HR reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR or recruitment is preferred; freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently during the initial work-from-home period.

Work Arrangement
- First 2 months: Work from Home.
- From January 2027: Work from Office at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
- Candidates must be willing to transition to the on-site work arrangement.
