Our Products

■ Whalexy: WhatsApp Business API automation that turns WhatsApp into a real sales and support channel, powered by AI for intent detection, smart replies, and lead scoring.

■ Mobius EMS: An AI-assisted employee management system for attendance, payroll, tasks, and workforce analytics. Run the company, not the chaos.

Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; schedule and coordinate interviews
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, and onboarding of recent joiners
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data; prepare monthly payroll inputs
- Plan engagement activities and collect employee feedback
- Draft and update HR policies; maintain basic compliance records
- Track hiring and HR metrics such as time-to-hire, headcount, and attrition

Requirements





- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (BBA / MBA-HR or equivalent)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and payroll basics
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel/Google Sheets, and email
- Well organised, with strong ownership and respect for confidentiality

Good to Have

- Startup, SaaS, or tech company experience
- Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, or HRMS tools
