Roles &

Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.

- Handle technical hiring for Hardware & Networking, IT Infrastructure, CCTV, Surveillance, Electronics, and Engineering profiles.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.

- Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.

- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and recruitment databases.

- Negotiate salaries with shortlisted candidates and manage offer acceptance and joining follow-ups.





- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Support onboarding activities and complete recruitment documentation.

- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 35 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Proven experience in technical recruitment, particularly in Hardware & Networking, IT Infrastructure, CCTV, Electronics, and Engineering roles.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
