Techblare LLP is looking for a motivated and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Support employee engagement activities and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee queries and assist with HR-related concerns.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements and HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and basic HR operations.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
- Freshers with relevant HR knowledge and strong communication skills may also apply.
