Role Description The HR Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance management, and HR record maintenance.

The role involves supporting and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes. The person in this role will assist in recruitment activities, organizing interviews, and supporting performance management and appraisal processes.



Additional responsibilities include coordinating training initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines, and preparing HR reports and MIS as needed.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management practices.
- Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Ability to manage Employee Relations and support the implementation of HR Policies.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances relevant to manufacturing or industrial setups.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR-related software or ERP systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
