We are looking for a proactive Retail HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities, with a focus on retail showroom recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for showroom sales staff and other retail positions.

- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, selection, and joining formalities.

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and background verification.

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, and leave deductions.

- Monitor employee performance, discipline, and compliance with company policies.

- Handle employee grievances, engagement activities, and retention initiatives.

- Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support management with HR updates.





- Ensure timely joining and smooth HR operations across retail teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, showroom, or multi-location operations.

- Hands-on experience in retail recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination.

- Positive communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and HR activities independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
